Nominated in the Top 10 New drummers for 2019 by French ”Batterie Magazine’’ Greek drummer Billy Pod has performed in festivals and venues in Europe, USA and Asia. At the same time he remains one of the most in demand drummers in the Greek music scene for more than ten years.
So it’s been a month since we’ve covered a release like “Quintessence” on Lost In The Nordics and we’re glad that this one landed on our radar. We know it’s not easy to find something that creatively speaks volumes without vocals. With instrumentals, it’s difficult because it has to tell a story in order to keep us interested.
