Lucky Overton has over 31 years of experience playing live covers and original live music. He performs a soulful blend of Americana, folk and roots-rock that is influenced by 1950’s rock ‘n roll & country, as well as 1960’s and 1970’s soul and folk. Lucky Overton’s music has been compared to acts that range from John Prine and The Rolling Stones to Ray Charles and Otis Redding.

Lucky Overton released a brand new 10-track album recently and we love it. Titled ‘College Town’, it’s practically all we’ve been listening to it all week. The album highlights a rich and original writing style, and what we really enjoyed is the talented Lucky Overton’s performance throughout the album feels like a journey to the deepest part of his unique soul. Our favorite track? it’s really hard to pick one, but “Are You Alone Tonight” and “Watch Your Back” they just in your head all day long, and we would like to know your favorite in the comments down below.

All-in-all, it’s safe to say that ‘College Town’ is quite honestly one of the most outstanding albums we’ve heard in this new year and we are 100% sure you will love it. Check it out for yourself and let us know which track is your favorite. Don’t forget to connect with Lucky Overton online to stay up-to-date!
