Montreal-based singer-songwriter Sara Sue Vallee presents her debut EP “Skin & Bones”. Composed of segments from her diaries, “Skin & Bones” carries the listener into a dreamy atmosphere filled with pop-rock hooks. Each of Sara Sue’s lyrically driven pop songs represents glimpses of significant life moments so far; exploring growth, change, circadian insecurities and destructive romantic relationships.

The promising artist Sara Sue Vallee landed on our radar two weeks back and for good reasons, and we’re excited to share with you her debut 4-track EP “Skin & Bones” this weekend. There are a lot of great things to say about the EP but some of our favorite takeaways involve how rich and unique the artist’s sound is.

“Skin & Bones” showcases a range of Sara’s talented songwriting and her impressive vocal performance. One of our favorites? it’s really hard but “July 19” and “My Sweet Mary Jane” are incredible and easy to follow, and we are sure you will love them as well. And it’s safe to say that the EP is one of the greatest materials we’ve heard this month so far.

‘Skin & Bones’ is forward-thinking, emotional, and it does a wonderful job of expressing the diversity and talent Sara possesses. Check it out for yourself and let us know what you think down below, and don’t forget to connect with Sara online to stay up to date on any upcoming releases!
