Congrats on the release of ‘Plastic World’, the album sounds great. What was the inspiration behind it?

The inspiration for the album has been taken from out of our collective personal life experiences & musical tastes. Way too many to list! But just the feeling of how the world is spinning today. The love for live music has always been our driving force!

What’s your favorite track on the album and why?

One of our particular & fan favourite on the new Album is Searching it’s a real favourite with the band, due to many reasons but the simple fact we are all searching for something in life.

Where did you record it?

The album was actually recorded at the lead guitarist’s (Jon Davies) magic studio at the back of his home. We spent many late nights in the studio coming up with ideas for the songs. You can hear many sounds during ‘machines’, where i’m running a metal key down his radiator. It is has some fantastic views, which also inspired us to write ‘Forever’. It was mixed and mastered there too.

Your music interweaves so many different styles and sounds. If you could collaborate with anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

We would love to collaborate with a few bands, it would be wonderful a dream come truer to work with The Doves, The Who or U2! That’s a big question as we all love different styles of music.

What’s been your favorite musical experience to date?

One would definitely be making this album. But our favourite musical experience to date has to be supporting the Fun Loving Criminals! Those guys are absolutely bonkers and top fun they gave us some great advice to keep on pushing!

Last years acoustic show at Shiiine On was also up there.

Where are you based?

We are based in Cardiff / Caerphilly in Wales (UK)

Can you tell us how the music scene there has inspired your sound at all?

There are a lot of great bands coming out of South Wales at the moment. You can walk down Womanby St in Cardiff and you can listen to different genre of music being played live. It also gives the desire to keep on following your dreams.

Can you write what was the best performance in your career? How do you remember it?

Supporting Fun Loving Criminals and also playing alongside Cast at this years K-Fest in Rhyl. It was such a great set up and sound, everything just fell into place. Was great to party with the rest of the bands after.

Finally, have you got anything to share regarding upcoming gigs, and what have you got planned for the rest of 2022?

We play the Shiiine On Weekender in Butlins, Minehead , England alongside the like of Ash, Happy Mondays, Teenage Fan Club, Tim Burgess, Bradly Drawn Boy and Psyence. Which is a great weekend which re-lives the brit pop scene and the good times which were had in the 90’s.

Then we headline a showcase night at TIWN media in Newbridge Memo, Wales. Then we will start looking into the new year and possibly get another single or two out.
